In our fast-paced, tech-driven lives, we often lose touch with some of the simplest joys and connections around us.
We spend hours scrolling but rarely take a moment to just be—to connect with ourselves and the world without distractions.
Today, I’m inviting you to join me in reclaiming that inner peace by doing five simple, grounding things to reconnect with life more deeply.
This isn’t about swearing off technology or a radical lifestyle change. It’s about one intentional day to reset, recharge, and rediscover.
Read something different than your business or regular reading
Send a message to someone with whom you haven’t talked to in a while
Visit your parents (if they live far from you, call them), spend at least 1 hour with them, and ask them to tell you about something from childhood or about their old life.
Go into nature and sit or lie down and spend some time with nature.
After reading this, put down your phone Take a deep breath, and only use a 1-2 hour phone today.
I’m doing all of this today because of my mental peace and to enjoy what I already have.
And I want my online family (you) to do this with me because this space is for all of us to grow together.
In the end, take note of what this day has brought you and maybe even share it with someone you care about.
The world will still be here tomorrow, and so will our screens.
But today, let’s reclaim life outside them.
Thank you for being a part of it.
